Roger Pemberton Receives Active Grand Rank

Roger Pemberton (right) receives congratulations from James McAllister Hodgson, Provincial Grand Master for Shropshire on his appointment as Active Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies.  His investiture took place at Grand Lodge on Wednesday 28th April 2010.
